In Soluciones en Bases de Datos SAS, Support Colombian company specializing in information systems critical, I had the opportunity to design the first part of a spotlight and remote monitoring. For this design I used good practices suggested by the Framework, ITIL processes for developing managed services operations, processes receiving infrastructure services of the customers, roles, responsibilities, among others. To do this successfully, I participated as leader of service and customers of this company in place, taking the best elements of service management to create the framework for service management in information technology for the company and its customers. In the task of knowing more fully meet first; know that their need was to expand the customer base and its strategy, guiding the monitoring center and remote customer care with less capacity in the area of information technologies so we can deliver the agreed through Agreement Service Level service. To achieve this, I used the methods of evaluation of service delivery processes; I also used COBIT 4.1 and this allowed me to know what elements design for the first phase. Of course in designing this first phase I used elements of enterprise architecture modeling to guide the working group changes to company level. All these designs were presented to the working group of operations for the proposed strategy execution earlier.
In Hardnetics Ltda, a Colombian company specialized in providing consultants in support to critical information systems, in a second work cycle, I had the opportunity to be in the area of operations, delivering professionals required by the customers of the company, assessing technical skills required. And when staff worked in customer premises, my mission was to support the technical part, because previously was responsible for managing Oracle database. My mission was to support additional sessions to coach or staff, as these people specific technical level required by these customers, working under enormous pressure because they are responsible for service to others actors involved in the service. A task delegated by the owner of this small and growing company was just negotiate delivery agreements personal, economic exchanges trading hours, projects, and control of the work performed by the staff. In my first business cycle, I was Oracle database administrator, where in addition to the technical administration of technology infrastructure services to service level Oracle databases, resolving incidents, problems, requirements, plus the attention of changes being always within the frameworks of ITIL, which had established customers. Here in this experience more importantly to understand the real extent of the implemented technology. So I'm technological enterprise architect and advisor on corporate governance of information technology.
In Db-system Ltda was my first experience in a Colombian company. It specializes in providing support to consultants in critical information systems. At that time I had the opportunity to enter the technical world through the administration of Oracle databases at Junior level. This work allowed me to learn how to work on projects, assigning specific tasks management databases.
